What to expect when you call
You will first speak with a service navigator who can connect you to the support you need. Simply let them know which areas of support you are interested in. If you prefer to speak with a counsellor right away, the navigator will stay on the line and transfer you to the RE:CONNECT service. This line connects you with a dedicated counsellor for approximately thirty minutes of personalized and caring support. Towards the end of the call you may be referred to further services, depending on your needs.
